RYDER CUP – Spare me the storyline about the valiant charge by the US squad today and how they almost pulled off a monumental comeback. That’s like your football team being down 21 points in the fourth quarter only to score 20 and still lose. And I don’t want to hear any talking heads making Corey Pavin the fall guy. Look, I don’t care what the pairings were, how bad their rainsuits were, how ugly the clothes were, etc., etc. At the end of the day, it’s the players themselves who win or lose. And they gagged up a big one in the 3rd session losing 5.5 out of a possible 6 points which did them in. End of story.
LEBRON CLAIMS RACISM – The King now claims all the universal criticsm directed at him just has to be race-related. What? Are you kidding me, LeChoke? It couldn’t be that you are an egomaniac’s egomaniac, could it? Or, that you had to go on an hour-long ass-kissing fest put on by ESPN to rip out the hearts of the Cleveland fans, or that you just had to star in an over-the-top dance production on stage at the Miami arena, could it? The fact is you ringless wonder, you couldn’t do it on your own and outside of all the South Beach enablers, most of the people ripping you are NBA icons like Barkley, Magic and Jordan. So spare me the race card you clown….idiots come in all colors.
SHAQ ARRIVES IN BEANTOWN- All the training camp stories coming from Celtic-land has Shaq willing to play any role and how he’s in great shape, or KG has regained his explosiveness…. Spare me, will ya! The last time I saw KG he was getting his ass handed to him on the boards and Ray Allen was hyperventilating because he was gagging so hard in game 7. This team will be better on the boards with Shaq and Jermaine O’Neal, but they are still old, Rondo still can’t hit free throws. I hope they rip Miami a new one, but they had better get home court or it will end ugly again.
NFC WEST – The stench you smell is coming from the NFC WEST, the worst division in the NFL in years.. The Niners are self-imploding with Singletary in over his head, the Cards suck without Warner, the Seahags are putrid away from Seattle and the Rams are rebuilding. The Rams have a rookie in Bradford at QB, but he’s probably already the best in the division so don’t sleep on them winning it.
DA BEARS – Howya feeling today, Bear Fan? Nice O-line you got there…no wonder when I saw your O line coach, the one and only Mike Tice, the Dgig who coached the Vikings with a pencil in his ear all the time. I also wouldn’t put too much money on Chicken Cutlet being your savior also…he’s a disaster waiting to happen every week. Also gotta love Lovie Dovie on the sidelines there looking like a deer-in-the-headlights… Defense is good, though, so I won’t kill you on that side of the ball but if I’m a Carolina fan, it only confirms that Peppers only plays when he feels like it as he was a lazy bum the last few years down in Charlotte.
