The preseason 2009 College Football USA Today poll has been officially released and the voters have made Florida the preseason #1 ranked team with 53 1st place votes. Urban Meyer’s Gators are the odds on favorite to win the BCS Title for the 3rd time in 4 seasons and have a team loaded with returning talent from last year’s BCS championship team, including the return of Heisman favorite Tim Tebow. The Longhorns are the #2 ranked team in the USA Today poll and received 4 1st place votes, while Oklahoma is the 3rd ranked team with 1 1st place vote, and USC is the 4th ranked team and also received 1 1st place vote.
