Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys 2010 NFL Predictions, Odds, and Picks Week 14

Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys 2010 NFL Predictions, Odds, and Picks Week 14:  Quarterback Michael Vick will lead the Philadelphia Eagles on the road to Cowboy Stadium to take on the NFC East division rival Dallas Cowboys on NBC’s Football Night in America on Sunday night at 8:20 PM ET.  The Eagles come in at 8-4 1st in the NFC East while the Cowboys are 4-8 in 4th place but winning 3 of their last 4 since interim head football coach Jason Garrett took over for Wade Philips.  Vick has come back as a better passer that can still use his speed and agility to break down a defense.  “He’s doing an exceptional job,” Garrett said. “Just watch him play. He does a great job with his decision-making, he’s throwing the ball accurately really in all areas, making big plays down the field, finding the checkdown, making plays on the move, making plays in the red zone.  “And then, obviously, when you take the throwing part out of it, he’s just so dangerous when he’s running with the ball.”  The odds makers at JustBET have the Philadelphia Eagles -3 1/2 point favorites on the road against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Philadelphia Eagles were victorious in their last outing 34-24 at home against the Houston Texans moving them to 6-6 ATS for the season. Quarterback Michael Vick completed 22 of 33 passes for 302 yards 2 touchdowns and a pick while rushing 10 times for 48 more yards and another score.  LeSean McCoy carried the ball 12 times for 44 yards and caught 8 passes for 86 yards and a rushing and receiving touchdown.  Philadelphia is 4-2 SU in its last 6 games on the road.  Vegas odds makers have the Philadelphia Eagles as +2200 odds to win the 2011 Super Bowl.

The Dallas Cowboys look like a different team since Garrett took the reins and won their last outing at the Colts 38-35 to move to 5-7 ATS for the season.  Quarterback Jon Kitna completed 18 of 26 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown hitting Jason Witten with 5 balls for 42 yards and a score.  Running back Tashard Choice led the rushing attack with 19 carries for 100 yards and a touchdown while Felix Jones added 22 carries for 83 yards.  Dallas is 4-2 SU in its last 6 games when playing at home against Philadelphia and the total has gone OVER in 5 of Dallas’s last 5 games at home.  Vegas odds makers have the over/under for the total score at 50 1/2 points combined of the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys.

I predict a Dallas upset at home.
