New York Jets at Indianapolis Colts 2011 NFL Playoff Predictions, Odds, and Picks

New York Jets at Indianapolis Colts 2011 NFL Playoff Predictions, Odds, and Picks:  Head football coach Rex Ryan will lead the New York Jets to Lucas Oil Stadium to take on the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday night at 8:20 PM ET in the Wildcard round of the AFC Playoffs on NBC Sports.  These teams met for the AFC Championship game last season with the Colts victory propelling them into the Super Bowl.  This season neither team has the same momentum as the Jets enter the game 11-5 2nd in the AFC East while the Colts are 10-6 1st in the AFC South.

“We are not going to Indianapolis to lose,” Ryan said. “We are going there to win. This is about this year, and I’ve waited a full year for this. “It kills you. You fight so hard to get into the playoffs and when you lose, it’s devastating. I want to put the shoe on the other foot, and I know our team does, too. I want (the Colts) to experience it this time. “I don’t know when I’m going to beat him, but I want it to be Saturday night,” he said. “Is it personal? Yes, it’s personal. It’s personal against him, Reggie Wayne, all those guys, yeah. (Dwight) Freeney and (Robert) Mathis and those other dudes? Absolutely.”  The odds makers at SBG Global have the Indianapolis Colts -2 1/2 point favorites at home against the New York Jets.
