2020 Las Vegas Raiders Odds to Win AFC West, AFC Title & Super Bowl from Bovada

The NFL season is getting closer and closer as we all ride out this COVID-19 shutdown. Today we take a look at the NFL odds for the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Raiders went 7-9 last season and finished tied for 2nd in the AFC West Division behind the Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders have not won the AFC West since 2002. Bovada has the Raiders with +1000 odds in the latest 2020 AFC West Division Odds.

The Raiders are finally in Vegas, baby! We love it. The Entertainment Capital of the World now has NHL and NFL. Wow. It’s only a matter of time before the NBA and MLB come calling next. Best believe it.

That’s the great news for Las Vegans like ourselves. The bad news? Well, the Raiders are still a ways away from actually being a contender in the AFC. This season will be a success if the Raiders can get to 9-7 and sneak in as a AFC Wild Card team now that the NFL Playoffs have been extended to 7 teams from each conference.

With the Raiders having had a couple of nice drafts in the last two years in our opinion, the Raiders are on the upswing. Las Vegas is listed as the 9th AFC team with +2000 odds in the latest 2020 AFC Championship Odds and the 22nd NFL team with +5000 odds in the current 2020 Super Bowl Odds from Bovada.

The Raiders offense hopes to be better this season after adding wide receiver Henry Ruggs III with their 1st round pick in the NFL Draft. The former Alabama wide out is a stud and a burner. The Raiders had great luck with a Bama product last year when they drafted Josh Jacobs with their 2nd 1st rd pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Jacobs rushed for 1150 yards on 4.7 yards per carry with 7 touchdowns.

Of course, the real issue for the Raiders this season is the quarterback position. It’s no secret that head coach Jon Gruden is not a Derek Carr fan. Neither are we. He stinks. However, the only alternative is Marcus Mariota who the Raiders signed as a free agent from Tennessee. Mariota is better than Carr in our opinion but he isn’t great either by any means.
