Miami Heat at New York Knicks 2011 NBA Preview, Odds, and Predictions:  Most Valuable Player LeBron James will lead the Miami Heat on the road to take on Amare Stoudemire and the New York Knickerbockers at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night at 8:00 PM ET.  The Heat enter the game on a one game winning streak and are 31-13 good for 1st in the Southeast while the Knicks are coming off a victory as well and com into the game 21-21 good for 2nd in the Atlantic division.  This marks a stretch of 2 weeks that the Heats big three haven’t played together and with Chris Bosh out indefinitely look for the Heat to go small and have LeBron play some power forward.

“We want guys to play with confidence,” said James, who led the Heat with 38 points against the Raptors. “We don’t want anyone to play outside of what they can do, but we want them to play at a high level and play with confidence.
