2009-2010 NBA Western Conference Championship Odds – LA Lakers the Strong Favorite

NSAwins.com has posted the odds to win the 2009-2010 Western Conference this NBA season and vegas oddsmakers have made the defending NBA Champions LA Lakers the 1/1(-110) favorite. Kobe Bryant will be looking to win his 5th NBA Title this season as he tries to add to his growing legacy as perhaps the greatest NBA player of all-time. Kobe will have another sensational Lakers cast around him, as the Lakers added solid F Ron Artest in the offseason to bolster it’s starting five. The San Antonio Spurs have been given 5/1(+500) odds by vegas linemakers to win the West and try to win it’s 5th NBA Championship of the Tim Duncan era. The Spurs added solid G/F Richard Jefferson in the offseason and should have a better oppurtunity this season if it can avoid the injuries that plagued their stars(Tony Parker, Manu Ginobli) last season. After the Lakers and Spurs, the Denver Nuggets are the team with the next best odds to win the West at 7/1(+700).
