Very good week last week. 1-0 in NCAAF and 4-2 in NFL. I am now a RED HOT 10-2 on NFL picks the last 2 weeks to get my record up to a respectable 53%. My goal is at least 57% in both NCAA and NFL so we got to keep it going. Please note that I am NOT affiliated with the NSAwins.com professional handicapping division. Ohio St -10.5 – I know this is a rivlary and sometimes inferior clubs play the game of their lives and pull off unseen shockers, but not today. The Buckeyes are vastly superior in every facet of the game and will not allow a loss today to dampen their BIG 10 Championship season. The Buckeyes by at least 17.
East Carolina -13.5 – UAB comes in riding a 3 game winning streak but those 3 wins came against Memphis, Fla Intl and UTEP. They step up in competition today against a pretty good East Carolina team and should have trouble moving the ball against a pretty good East Carolina defense. ECU should roll.
Texas -27.5 – Big number but Texas is rolling and Kansas is STRUGGLING. The Jayhawks have completely thrown in the towel on the 2009 season having lost 5 in a row heading into tonight’s game. Texas, meanwhile, is crushing teams and clicking on all cylinders. Texas should have it’s way and rip KU’s ass from pillar to post tonight.

Colts -1 – This line is a joke. Sure, it looks like a sucker play but don’t let that fool you into not playing it. The public has yet to realize that Baltimore is not a dominant defensive team anymore and is an average team overall. The Colts will win this game.
Detroit -3 – How bad are the Browns? Well, in my eyes, bad enough to lay 3 points on the Lions. I mean, seriously, has there been a more inept offense than Cleveland’s in the NFL the last decade? They are AWFUL. The Lions get their 2nd win of the season before they put us to sleep again on Thanksgiving day.
Giants -6.5 – The Gmen had 2 weeks to stew and look in the mirror after getting embrassed at New Orleans, at Philly at home vs Arizona and at home vs San Diego the 3 weeks prior to their bye. Tom Coughlin will have the troops ready to make a playoff push starting sunday with a double digit win against a Falcons team that is a BRUTAL 1-4 on the road.
New Orleans -11 – The Saints are due to completely kick some team’s ass after struggling to put teams away or having to come from behind the last 4 weeks against 4 mediocre teams. Look for the Saints to have a much needed easy win sunday against an overmatched Tampa outfit.
Cincinnati -9 – If the Bungles have truly ARRIVED than they will avoid the letdown and go out to Oakland and hammer the Raiders. If they want to be GREAT than they must do what all GREAT teams do. HAMMER inferior teams. I’m sold on Cincy and think they will go out west and dominate.

Houston -4.5 – The Titans are on a 3 game win streak but that came against Jax, San Fran and Buffalo. Houston is better than all three and have already beaten Tennessee on the road. I look for Houston to get it done in front of the home crowd monday night by a touchdown.
