2009 SEC Football Championship Odds – Florida Gators the Favorite

The 2009 odds to Win the SEC East and West Divisions are up on NSAwins.com and vegas oddsmakers have made Florida and Alabama the favorites. The Gators, fresh off of their 2nd national championship in 3 years, are the heavy chalk to win the East at 1/13 odds(-1300). Urban Meyer’s crew, led by 2009 Heisman favorite Tim Tebow at quarterback, are the favorite to win the national title once again and for good reason….the team is loaded on both sides of the ball. The team with the next best odds to win the East is Mark Richt’s Georgia Bulldogs at 5/1(+525). If Meyer’s Gators do make the SEC Title game like everyone expects, than they just might get themselves a rematch with Nick Saban’s boys from Alabama. The Crimson Tide are listed as 1.5/1(+155) favorites to win the SEC West for the 2nd staight year, but as Lee Corso from ESPN likes to say…..not so fast my friends. The Crimson Tide should be the favorites, but LSU(1.5/1 +175) and Ole Miss(1.5/1, +175) both have strong squads and should make the race in the West divison very interesting. NSAwins.com’s official picks to make the SEC Title game this season are Florida and Alabama again, as we simply have too much respect for Urban Meyer and Nick Saban’s coaching abilities and their teams’ talent to go with anyone else. Below are all of this season’s 2009 SEC Divison Odds from NSAwins.com:
