2009-10 SEASON OVERALL: 83-62-2 57%

THE PIGSKIN GUY’S Free Football Picks for Sunday 1/3/2010

Buffalo -8 – The Colts will be resting all their key players and will actually rather lose today to avoid the questions all postseason and offseason about what could have been if they end up winning the super bowl with only the Jets debacle on their resume.

Miami +3 – Pittsburgh has been living on the edge for awhile and nothing leads me to believw they have what it takes to go on the road and handle their business. Miami plays spoiler today.

Kansas City +10 – Not only do I expect the Cheifs to cover but I expect them to win. Denver has been fading for the last 10 weeks and KC is out for revenge after Denver rubbed their noses in it in a lopsided Denver road win last month. KC gets it done.

Houston -7 – New England will be playing the scrubs and those scrubs are just that… scrubs. Houston, if they have any backbone at all, will find a way to beat the New England jayvee team by double digits today.

Cincinnati +10 – Just a hunch, but I bet Cincy will be playing their regulars longer than expected tonight after New England loses this afternoon. Cincy would love to grab the #3 seed and hope to go out west and play San Diego in a rematch instead of the Colts in the Divisional round. Cincy will play tough tonight.
