2015 NFL Picks & Predictions – Odds for Most Passing, Rushing & Receiving Yards 2015 NFL

Most Passing Yards

Indianapolis Colts Quarterback Andrew Luck(+350 odds to pass for most NFL yards) – The 25 year-old Luck is an absolute phenom and has passed for 12,957 yards thru his first three NFL seasons including 4,761 yards last year. The sky is the limit for Luck and the Colts offense this season as Luck welcome veteran wide receiver Andrew Johnson into his stable of passing weapons this year and that should make Luck a strong bet to eclipse 5,000 yards passing this season. Luck’s arm is the difference between Indianapolis being a Super Bowl contender and a team that would be lucky to win 5 games and head coach Chuck Pagano and general manager Ryan Grigson know it. They’ll rely on Luck to do the heavy lifting for Indy’s offense all season long and in the playoffs. We look for Luck to have his best season yet as he arguably just now entering his NFL prime. At +350 odds, we think it’s a strong bet that Luck will lead the NFL in passing yards this season and don’t be surprised if he tosses 50 touchdowns to go with it.

Most Rushing Yards

Buffalo Bills Running Back LeSean McCoy(+850 yards to rush for most NFL yards) – McCoy will be on a mission this season to prove to his former team the Philadelphia Eagles and their head coach, Chip Kelly, that they made a big time mistake trading him away. The 27 year-old McCoy will be relied on heavily by new Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan as he will be looking to bring his ground and pound offensive attack to Orchard Park this season. McCoy is a 3x pro bowl selection and 2x all pro and led the NFL in rushing in 2013 with 1,607 yards before taking a step back last season when he rushed for 1,319 yards. McCoy may not be the best running back in the league and is certainly not as good as Adrian Peterson in our eyes, however he has the luxury of playing for a head coach that loves rushing the ball and a team that will have no choice but to run the ball effectively due to mediocre quarterbacks on the roster that will make the passing game tough sledding. At +850 odds, we feel McCoy is an excellent value bet to get us the money as the player to end up rushing for the most NFL yards this 2015 season.

Most Receiving Yards

Pittsburgh Steelers Wide Receiver Antonio Brown(+550 odds for most receiving yards) – The 27 year-old Brown is an absolute stud wide out and has been fantastic the last two seasons as Ben Roethlisberger’s top receiving option for the Steelers. Brown has caught 110 and 129 passes the last two seasons for 1,499 and 1,698 yards receiving to go along with 8 and 13 touchdowns in 2013 and 2014. The guy can flat out play and has proven himself to simply be unstoppable no matter what opposing defensive coordinators throw at him to slow him down. Brown is in the middle of his prime and already is a 2x all pro selection and 3x pro bowler. He is by far the most complete and dangerous wide receiving threat week in and week out in the NFL in our opinion as he can flat out do it all. Great hands, great route running, great speed, you name it. He does it. At +550 odds, we think Brown is a slam dunk to end up with the most receiving yards this 2015 NFL season assuming he stays healthy and he has only missed 3 games total in the last 4 seasons.
