2015-Windows-10-400-Odds-Free-Picks-Predictions2015 Windows 10 400 Odds, Free Picks & Predictions: Favorites & Contenders to Win Windows 10 400: It has been less than two months since the Sprint Cup Series visited Pocono Raceway, but a return trip to the triangle-shaped track is already on tap this weekend. Fuel mileage and pit strategy can often trump speed at the massive 2.5-mile oval, but in the first race at the track, Martin Truex Jr. and Kevin Harvick were able to control the action for most of the afternoon, culminating in a late-race duel that saw Truex hold off Harvick for the win. Check out the top contenders for Sunday’s Windows 10 400 at Pocono Raceway.

The Favorites

After sweeping both races at Pocono last year, Dale Earnhardt Jr. appeared to have a shot at a third straight win before he suffered damage on a restart and had to settle for an 11th-place finish. Despite the bad luck, he still leads all drivers with two wins, four top-five finishes and a 4.2 average finish in the last five races at Pocono. Junior is dialed in at the triangle-shaped track.

Not only did Martin Truex Jr. pick up the win at Pocono back in June, but he was borderline unstoppable at times. He led a race-high 97 of the 160 laps, and he was only passed 10 times the entire race. After such a dominating win at Pocono a couple months ago, a season sweep seems like a real possibility for Truex this weekend.

While he has never won at Pocono, Kevin Harvick has finished second in back-to-back races at the track, and his 10.3 average finish over the last 20 races ranks third among eligible drivers. Earlier this year, he was the only driver that could keep up with the eventual winner, Martin Truex Jr. Harvick actually led all drivers in fastest laps run during the June race here, and he led the second most laps.

The Contenders

Pocono has always been one of his best tracks, and Kurt Busch delivered another solid performer here in June, finishing fifth. He has now cracked the top five in six of his last eight starts at the track, including three of his last four. For his career, Busch has two wins to go along with five second-place finishes at Pocono, and since 2005, he ranks second in laps led and fastest laps run at the track.

He is quickly becoming one of the top drivers at Pocono, and Joey Logano has been able to contend at the track while driving for Joe Gibbs Racing and Team Penske. He has five top-10s in his last seven starts, winning with JGR in 2012 and finishing seventh or better in three of his four starts here since joining Team Penske. In fact, Logano has finished third and fourth in his last two starts at Pocono.

Although Pocono has never been his best track, how can you count out Kyle Busch considering the run he has been on in recent weeks? His win at Indianapolis last weekend was his third in a row and his fourth in five weeks. Meanwhile, he has four finishes of 12th or better in his last five starts at Pocono, including a top-10 run in the June race earlier this year.

His last win at Pocono came in 2010, but you can never count out Denny Hamlin when the series visits the 2.5-mile track. He is a four-time winner here overall, and he has amassed nine top-five finishes in 19 starts. Hamlin has also reeled off three straight top-10s at Pocono, so he continues to run up front despite having gone a few years without a win.
